Mason Miluszusky began working with Warren Construction during the summer of 2023 through a summer internship sponsored by TecBRIDGE. Mason did so well that he was able to continue working through his senior year as a CA co-op student.
Since starting with Warren Construction, Mason has been immersed in projects ranging from replacing water heaters to laying down flooring, tackling drywall, constructing decks, and even diving into remodels. His hands-on experience has not only broadened his skill set but has also instilled in him a sense of responsibility. Mason reflects, “Co-op this year taught me how to be more responsible for my mistakes and to use what you must to make things work. You don’t always have the perfect tool for the job, so you must improvise.”
It’s this adaptability and resilience that sets Mason apart. In an industry where challenges are as common as nails and hammers, Mason’s ability to think on his feet and find innovative solutions has earned him respect among his peers and mentors alike. Jim Warren, Mason’s supervisor, says, “Mason learns quickly and takes feedback well. He interacts with customers with a positive and courteous attitude”.
With his sights set on a career in carpentry, he’s already paving his path forward. Even as he plans to attend Johnson College to further hone his craft, Mason is determined to continue his work with Warren Construction. Keep up the great work, Mason!
