Senior Spotlight: Chase Arthur

Our next Senior Spotlight is Charger Football captain Chase Arthur. Chase (#55), who starts at both Center and Defensive End for the Chargers, is coached by his father, Head Coach Jeffrey Arthur. His mother, Tammy, works in our Food Service Department. He is the youngest of four boys, all of whom are CA alumni: Jeffrey (2015), Seth (2020), and Logan (2021). Both Jeffrey and Seth were former gridiron stars while Logan has assisted with the team for many years. Chase was a Lackawanna League Division 3 Coaches’ All-Star last season as center and has led the team to a 2-2 record thus far. His favorite CA memory is his first football game.

Chase (#55) leads his team out onto the field during a game this season.

Chase has excelled academically in his time here at CAHS as a member of Academic Honors, the High Honor Roll, and the National Honor Society. His favorite subject is math. His future plans are to attend college to become a Cardiothoracic Physician’s Assistant. He currently is completing a co-op at Geisinger and is gaining experience in the field.

The Carbondale Area School District congratulates Chase on his achievements thus far and wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

“Hard work pays off.”-Chase Arthur, Carbondale Area Class of 2023 #CarbondaleAreaClassof2023
