The Carbondale Area Golf Team continued its yearly tradition of a Faculty-Student Golf Match on Senior-Parent Recognition Night. Seniors honored for their contributions were captains Bryan Salitsky and Matthew Totsky, as well as Vincent DePalma, Liam Shenise, and Brycen Kelly.
“I enjoyed my high school golf career- the memories will last a lifetime,” explained Bryan Salitsky. I would like to thank all my coaches and teammates for pushing me and helping me.
“This group of seniors will be missed terribly- their leadership skills will be hard to replace,” noted Head Coach James Kielar. “It was an honor coaching this group; they are gentlemen on and off the course.”
The team of Ms. Naniewicz, Ms. Masco, Brycen Kelly, and Nick Sopko had a stellar performance in the annual event, beating the entire field at Panorama with a score of even par. Coach Kielar and Coach Mangan would like to thank all who participated in this prestigious event! A special congratulations to Miss Dombrosky who won the most improved Teacher award.
The Carbondale Area School District congratulates these seniors and wishes them the best of luck in their future endeavors.
