Carbondale Area Class of 2022 Valedictorian Alyssa Cosklo, who just completed her Freshman year as a Biology/Pre-Med major at the University of Scranton, spoke to college- bound seniors in Mr. Joseph Borosky’s Physics class. During her meeting, she shared with them some of the tips and tricks that have helped her to maintain a 4.0 GPA at the University of Scranton. She explained to them about what to expect in a college class, how to prepare for classes, how to organize their time, etc. She also shared some of the biggest challenges she faced while adjusting to college life compared to high school. “I was more than happy to come in and answer any questions that the students had to help ease their worries about college life,” noted Cosklo. “I hope that they take my advice and do well at the next level!” Alyssa plans to return to talk to next year’s group of seniors.
