Our next Senior Spotlight is Charger football player Franco “Frank” Prieto. Franco is the son of Jonathan and Rosa Prieto. He has one brother, Jonathan, a 2022 CA graduate. Franco played Offensive and Defensive Line on the football team. He is also a member of the Honor Roll and is employed at The Rink in Mayfield. He enjoys playing basketball with his family, lifting weights, listening to music, and playing video games. Franco is also a very talented announcer, as he was one of the main announcers in the annual Powderpuff game this year. His favorite CA memory was the Holy Cross game last year when his mom was able to see him play. His favorite subject is Street Law/Economics. Franco plans to enlist in the Air Force after graduation and then attend the State Trooper Academy after four years of active duty. The Carbondale Area School District congratulates Franco on his achievements thus far and wishes him the best of luck in his future endeavors. Thank you for your future service to our country!
