Our next Senior Spotlight for the Carbondale Area Class of 2025 is Gianna Carlo. Gianna is the daughter of Marytheresa (CA Class of 2000) and Damien Carlo (CA Class of 1998). She has one sister, Ally, a fourth-grader at the elementary school. Gianna currently completes a co-op with the Fallbrook Veterinary Clinic and Veterinary Memorial Hospital. Pictures are shown below.
Gianna is a three-year member of Future Business Leaders of America and the Spanish Club. She is a two-year member of the Science and Technology Club and is currently a member of the Yearbook/Photography Club. In FBLA, she placed First in the Regional Competition for Business Management as a sophomore and qualified for states. She is employed as a cashier at Hobby Lobby. She enjoys photography/travelling.
Gianna’s favorite CA memory is Mr. Mangan’s 9th Grade Civics Class. Her favorite subject is Science. She plans to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Pre-Veterinary Medicine at West Chester and continue to Veterinary School. She hopes to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
