Senior Spotlight: Nathan Totsky

 

Our next senior to be highlighted from the Carbondale Area Class of 2021 is Nathan “Nate” Totsky. Nathan is the son of Joseph Totsky and Erika Mauro. He has one sibling, Matthew, who is a sophomore here at the high school. Nathan was a member of the Carbondale Area Golf Team each fall for three seasons.

Nathan has been involved with many extracurricular activities in his time here at the high school. He is a member of the Spanish Club, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD), and the Student Council since his freshman year. He has been employed as a bag boy at Elk View Country Club and as a bus boy at Frank’s Place. Nathan’s hobbies include golfing, hunting, fishing, being outside, and watching college and professional football.

Nathan’s academic achievements include Academic Honors, National Honor Society, and High Honor Roll each year since seventh grade. His favorite subject is History. His favorite Carbondale Area memory is having Mr. Salitsky as his Golf coach. Nathan plans to attend Penn Tech to study Electrical Construction. The Carbondale Area School District congratulates Nathan on his prior accomplishments and wishes him the best of luck with his future endeavors!
